From 1 July 2025, WA households will have access to a new government rebate for home battery systems.

On top of the federal offer, WA residents can now access additional state support depending on your energy provider:

Synergy customers: Up to $1,300 ($130 per kWh, up to 10 kWh)
Horizon Power customers: Up to $3,800 ($380 per kWh, up to 10 kWh)

Interest-Free Loans

If your household earns under $210,000 a year, you could also qualify for an interest-free loan of up to $10,000 to cover the cost of your battery, inverter, or even solar panels when installed together.
